  • Consistency and trust

    Due to my son’s SEN needs, he can struggle with relationships and communicating with new people. Over time, he has built a very strong and trusting relationship with his current driver and PA, and this consistency has been extremely important for him. In the past, we struggled to get him into school, but he now goes happily and confidently with this driver and escort. The crew really help support his emotional wellbeing and stability during transport.

Your child’s journey matters to us

  1. Before the journey

    Drivers hold a taxi or private hire licence. Passenger assistants have an Enhanced DBS check and are trained for the role.

  2. During the journey

    Your child’s driver is responsible for a safe journey and for keeping to the agreed times. Where a passenger assistant is assigned to the route, they help your child in and out of the car and travel with them.

  3. When plans change

    A late car, a day off sick or a worry about the journey: tell our office and we will talk it through with you.
